Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, allocate, and manage resources across multiple projects ensuring optimal utilization
  • Collaborate with project managers, delivery leads, and HR teams to fulfill resource requirements
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date resource management databases and trackers
  • Monitor bench resources and drive their timely redeployment
  • Generate and analyze utilization, availability, and forecasting reports for senior management
  • Assist in workforce planning, demand forecasting, and capacity management
  • Support onboarding, deployment, and exit processes related to resource management

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in any discipline (preferably HR, Operations, or Business)
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in resource management, workforce management, or related roles
  • Strong experience in MS Office, particularly advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, etc.)
  • Experience working with resource management or project management tools is a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to analyze data, multitask, and work effectively in a dynamic environment
