Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a
Senior Executive RMG
located in
Pune.
The Senior Executive RMG will be responsible for managing
resource allocation, Bench Management, internal fulfilment
, coordinating with project managers, ensuring optimal utilisation of resources, and supporting the recruitment team in hiring processes. The role also involves monitoring project timelines, maintaining resource databases, and generating reports on resource usage and availability.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Resource Management, Allocation, Bench Management and Monitoring
  • Proficient in Recruitment Processes and Coordination
  • Strong Data Management and Reporting Skills
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Ability to Work Effectively On-Site in Pune
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Resource Management Tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in the technology consulting industry is a plus
