As we expand our footprint in India, we are looking for a dynamic individual who can lead our tender identification and bidding process across government and private procurement channels.

Job Summary

We are hiring a
Tender & Business Development Executive
to actively manage and drive the end-to-end tendering process for government and private sector opportunities. This includes searching tenders, preparing proposals, coordinating documentation, and submitting bids across various e-procurement portals.

Key Responsibilities

Tender Sourcing & Tracking
:

  1. Identify and track relevant tenders from GeM, CPPP, eProcurement, MSTC, and state portals.
  2. Explore private sector procurement opportunities and corporate sourcing platforms.
  3. Tender Preparation
    :
  4. Prepare and compile pre-qualification documents, technical bids, and financial proposals.
  5. Coordinate internally for documents like company profile, past work orders, certifications, and statutory compliance.

Submission & Follow-up
:

  1. Submit tenders online/offline as per guidelines before deadlines.
  2. Ensure follow-ups for clarifications, corrections, and updates from departments.
  3. Handle communication related to EMD, PBG, and LoA.

Business Development Support
:

  1. Assist in client acquisition and government liaisons.
  2. Attend pre-bid meetings (virtually or in person), and support client presentations.
  3. Record Management:
  4. Maintain systematic records of tender submissions, status, and outcomes.
  5. Prepare win-loss analysis reports and competitor benchmarking.

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in any stream (MBA/BBA/Engineering preferred).
  • 2–5 years' experience in tendering, government bidding, and business development.
  • Proficient in GeM, CPPP, state e-tender portals, and corporate procurement platforms (e.g., Ariba, TenderTiger).
  • Strong skills in Excel, MS Word, PDF editing, and formatting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work independently.

Preferred Skills

Understanding of outsourcing, manpower, facility, or service-based bids.

Knowledge of pricing strategy, RA (Reverse Auction) and L1 evaluation models.

Familiarity with government documentation standards, MSME/NSIC certifications, etc.
