We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Tender Executive to join our team. The Tender Executive will be responsible for managing the end-to-end tender process, including identifying tender opportunities, preparing and submitting tender documents, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure compliance with tender requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify tender opportunities relevant to the company's business objectives.
  • Analyse tender documents to understand requirements, deadlines, and evaluation criteria.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including sales, technical, and finance teams, to gather information and prepare tender documents.
  • Ensure all tender documents are complete, accurate, and submitted within deadlines.
  • Liaise with external agencies and partners, as necessary, to gather required information for tender submissions.
  • Review and negotiate tender terms and conditions to ensure alignment with company policies and objectives.
  • Maintain a database of tender documents, submissions, and outcomes for future reference and analysis.
  • Monitor and track tender results and provide regular updates to management.
  • Assist in the development of tender strategies and pricing models to maximize competitiveness and profitability.
