Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager Sales Marketing located in Mumbai. The General Manager will be responsible for managing daily sales and marketing operations, developing and implementing sales strategies, ensuring customer satisfaction, and leading the sales team. The role also includes managing customer relationships, conducting market analysis, and driving revenue growth through innovative sales approaches.

Qualifications

  • General Management and Team Management skills
  • Proven Sales experience and ability to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service focus
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various departments and teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
