We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented
Senior Accountant
to join our team in
Andheri East, Mumbai
. The ideal candidate will have 4–6 years of experience in the manufacturing sector and strong expertise in
Tally Prime
, taxation, reconciliations, and inventory management. Pharma industry prefers

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage
    day-to-day accounting
    operations using
    Tally Prime
    .
  • Perform
    Bank Reconciliation
    on a regular basis.
  • Ensure accurate
    TDS Reconciliation
    and timely payment/compliance.
  • Prepare and file
    GST returns
    (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and annual returns).
  • Assist in
    finalization of accounts
    , working closely with auditors.
  • Maintain and update
    stock entries in Tally
    , ensuring proper valuation and reporting.
  • Generate
    monthly/quarterly stock reports
    for internal review.
  • Monitor accounts payable/receivable and ensure timely vendor/client payments.
  • Support in budgeting, MIS reporting, and other financial analysis as needed.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, or related field.
  • 4 to 6 years of accounting experience in the
    manufacturing industry
    .
  • Proficiency in
    Tally Prime
    is mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of
    GST, TDS
    , and Indian accounting standards.
  • Excellent skills in
    Excel
    and other MS Office tools.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Office-based role in
Andheri East, Mumbai
.

Salary:

₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (commensurate with experience and skills)
