Assistant Manager Quality

We are seeking an Assistant Manager - Quality to assist in our quality team. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing quality control processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining quality control processes.
Excellent communication and written skills
Understanding the technical files and launch the styles for production
Communication with the client/internal stakeholders in terms of handover to have more clarification.
Identify and investigate quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality related issues.
Creation of production barcode stickers for the panels.
Conduct internal meetings with team leader, QC's and embroiders for knowledge transformation regarding techniques and process.
Analyse quality data and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Conduct on frame and final inspection of all the embroidery panels.
To Validate patterns/drawings before production handover.
Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports.
Conduct in-process inspection.
Collaborate with QC and production team for client quality comments.
Preparation of Technical file, legends and QC tools.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹800,000.00 per year
