Key Responsibilities

Experience

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing

Lead Generation & Campaigns

  • Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, Email, Social Media).
  • Generate quality leads through websites, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
  • Track and report lead conversion metrics.

Content & Branding

  • Create engaging content (posts, blogs, emails, infographics) highlighting Lean Six Sigma, Operational Excellence, and Training Benefits.
  • Coordinate with designers to develop promotional material for both B2B and B2C audiences.
  • Support brand positioning and maintain consistency across platforms.

Social Media & SEO

  • Manage company's LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube presence.
  • Grow followers organically and boost engagement with value-driven content.
  • Work with AI + SEO strategies to improve ranking for terms like Lean Six Sigma training, certification, and consultation.

Event & Training Promotion

  • Support marketing activities for upcoming Lean Six Sigma training batches, webinars, and workshops.
  • Coordinate with participants for testimonials, referrals, and feedback campaigns.
  • Assist in partnerships with corporates, universities, and professional bodies.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, LinkedIn Insights, etc.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly marketing performance reports and planner.
  • Suggest improvements for higher ROI on campaigns.

Skills:

  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, Mailchimp, Canva, etc.).
  • Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
