Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager located in Chennai. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for supervising daily operations, managing project timelines, coordinating with different teams, and ensuring quality control. They will also handle client communications, assist in budgeting and financial planning, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. The role includes overseeing the smooth implementation of projects and contributing to the company's strategic goals.
Qualifications
- Project management and Team coordination skills
- Experience in budgeting, financial planning, and quality control
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client interactions
- Ability to supervise operations and ensure timely project completion
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and construction standards
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Prior experience in real estate or construction industry is a plus
