Role Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented Assistant Sales Executive. Sales to drive new business opportunities, strengthen client relationships, and expand revenue streams across display and performance advertising.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and close sales opportunities in Display & Performance advertising.

  • Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with direct clients and media agencies.

  • Ideate and develop new revenue opportunities within existing client accounts.

  • Manage end-to-end client relationships – from need identification, solution design, and servicing to retention and growth.

  • Forecast and track key account metrics, ensuring achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Develop compelling presentations and proposals to showcase Intellect Ads' value proposition.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven track record in selling performance and branding solutions to top clients.

  • Strong understanding of CPL (Cost Per Lead), CPI (Cost Per Install), CPV (Cost Per View), and CPS (Cost Per Sale) models.

  • Prior experience with an ad agency, ad network, or digital media platform preferred.

  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to influence C-level executives.

  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques and CRM tools.

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in Business Development or Ad Sales, with a history of meeting and exceeding targets.
