Role: Asst. Manager - Sales Support Role
Definition
To support Sales function by handling system software and helpline assistance. Ensure smooth fee collection and after-sales services to improve the performance of sales function and add to revenue generation.
Responsibility Deliverable
Handling helpline number, info email ID and queries, and segregating/managing in CRM Sales support - Admission screening, sales and training team backend support / training Vendor Management Tasks & Activities Handling helpline number and segregating/managing in CRM Handling queries on helpline number and assigning leads accordingly to the sales team Handling queries on info Email ID and maintaining record of all the queries Forwarding queries to the concerned departments and closing queries within the TAT Lead assignment/re-assignment according to the predefined rules Handling lead clashes and resolving as per the rules Offline bulk lead uploading and assignment of leads Helping sales team with CRM-related queries and guiding them to use filters for better lead screening.
Sales support - Admission screening, sales and training team backend support / training
• Handling student applications, pointing out discrepancies in the applications if any, verifying documents and approving for admissions
• Maintaining sheets for number of approvals on daily basis and for the special case approvals (Training only)
• Providing initial CRM training to the newly joined admission counsellors
• Handling ERP queries for Sales, Training, Placement and Accounts Team
• Creation of Gmail / NPF / ERP Logins
• Maintaining Batch List for Sales / Training / Placement Team
• Check Push to ERP after batch creation
• Checking signed Student Rulebook Declaration after batch creation
• Webinar Data - Upload leads / Maintaining sheet / Segregate to the respective counsellors
• Pending Fees - Maintaining sheet / Updating fees on real time / Coordinating with the Accounts Team
• Addition and Removal of students from the batch
Vendor Management
• Raising tickets to the vendor for adding and updating automations for leads and application
• Email communication for adding WhatsApp Business, E-mail and SMS credits for sales and marketing purposes
• Vendor communication for adding, updating or removing automations as per requirement
• Coordinating with vendor for ERP queries raised by sales, training and placement teams
• Coordinating with vendor for LMS ( new updating on CRM / ERP )
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
