Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Site Engineer (Fresher) to join our on-site team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in construction and site management. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, adaptable, and ready to contribute to project success under the guidance of senior engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in overseeing daily on-site activities to ensure project progress and quality.
  • Support senior engineers in monitoring construction work and site execution.
  • Review and understand construction drawings, specifications, and project plans.
  • Help prepare daily reports, materials records, and basic documentation.
  • Coordinate with on-site workers, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Assist in quality checks and ensure safety protocols are followed.
  • Attend project meetings and training sessions to enhance technical

knowledge.

  • Report any issues or delays to senior engineers for resolution.
