Job Description:

We are looking for a meticulous QS & Planning Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. The primary responsibility for this role will be to ensure accurate and timely billing for our projects, working closely with project managers, engineers, and finance team members.

Responsibilities:

1. Billing Process Management:

• Collaborate with project managers to understand project scopes, timelines, and deliverables.
• Review project contracts and agreements to ensure billing accuracy and compliance.
• Develop and maintain billing schedules and templates.
• Generate accurate and timely invoices based on project milestones and completed work.
• Monitor billing processes and identify opportunities for improvement to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

1. Documentation and Record-Keeping:

• Maintain all site measurements and create abstract for invoicing.
• Prepare and maintain Notes/ BOQ/ Technical SPEC for all sites.
• Shares quotations with clients and issue Work Orders.
• Maintain detailed records of billing activities, including invoices, payments, and client communications.
• Ensure all billing documentation is complete, accurate, and properly filed.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and analysis related to billing activities.

AutoCAD, MS Excel & Google Sheets Skills are a MUST.
