  • Job Title: Regional Sales Manager
  • Territory to manage: West India (Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Gujarat, Maharashtra & Goa)
  • Reports to: National Sales Manager

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Responsible for Sales & Marketing activities in the channel for Consumer Lighting Business

  2. Expertise in GTM

  3. Good in Team handling

  4. Identify new business opportunities and expand distribution network

  5. Responsible for profit, revenue and quality targets

  6. Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in the modern trade channel. Develop and implement promotional activities to increase sales and brand visibility

  7. Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports

  8. Monitor competitor activities and provide feedback to the management team

Experience & Qualification:

  • 12-18 years of work experience in Sales & Marketing-preferably in similar industry and products
  • MBA- Preferred
