**Job Title: Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

Department: Engineering / Product Quality

Job Overview**

We are looking for a QA Engineer with deep expertise in testing CPaaS (Communication Platform as a Service) solutions. This role involves leading the design of test frameworks, driving automation strategy, mentoring junior QA members, and ensuring the quality of complex communication APIs and services across SMS, voice, video, chat, and integrations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the QA process for CPaaS products, ensuring high-quality releases across all communication channels.
  • Design, implement, and maintain automated testing frameworks for RESTful APIs, SDKs, and real-time communication platforms.
  • Oversee performance, stress, and scalability testing for large message and call volumes.
  • Develop test strategies for new features, enhancements, and regression testing.
  • Work closely with product management and engineering teams to define acceptance criteria and ensure test coverage.
  • Detect, document, and track defects through tools like JIRA, TestRail, or Zephyr.
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps).
  • Guide and mentor QA team members in best practices, tool usage, and test automation.
  • Drive QA initiatives for process improvement and continuous delivery practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance, with at least 2 years working in CPaaS or telecom domains.
  • Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, automation frameworks, and agile environments.
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Selenium, Postman, JMeter, Newman, or similar.
    Proficient in scripting languages like Python, JavaScript, or Java.
  • In-depth understanding of REST APIs, SIP protocols, WebRTC, and SMS delivery systems.
  • Good grasp of network testing, latency management, and real-time communication analysis.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and container-based environments (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Excellent analytical, debugging, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with microservices-based architecture.
  • Exposure to message queues (Kafka, Redis) and monitoring tools (Grafana)
