Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Assurance Engineer based in Noida. The Quality Assurance Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of software solutions by performing manual and automated testing, developing and maintaining test scripts, and identifying system issues. Additional responsibilities include creating detailed test plans, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and documenting test results to ensure consistency and continuous improvement in software development processes.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Software Testing, Manual Testing, and Automated Testing tools
  • Strong experience with Test Planning, Test Case Design, and Execution
  • Knowledge of Bug Tracking and Defect Management tools
  • Familiarity with programming languages used in test automation (e.g., Java, Python, or C#)
  • Basic understanding of Quality Standards, Agile Methodology, and DevOps practices
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Previous experience in a Quality Assurance role, especially in an IT environment, is a plus
