As part of our dedication to quality, we are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist to join our team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of quality for our products and services.

Position: Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist Experience: 2-4 years (or as appropriate)

Job Summary: As a QA Specialist at Ridein Technologies, Inc you will be responsible for testing and assessing the functionality, usability, and performance of our software and applications. Your meticulous approach to testing will help identify and address any defects or issues, ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. You will collaborate closely with the development and product teams to continuously improve our products and deliver exceptional user experiences.

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: Competitive, commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities:



Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to assess software functionality and performance.Conduct manual testing and automated testing as needed to verify the accuracy and reliability of our applications.Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing to identify defects and areas for improvement.Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand project requirements and technical specifications.Document and track defects, issues, and test results, and work with the development team to ensure timely resolution.Verify bug fixes and new features to ensure they meet specified requirements and do not introduce new issues.Evaluate user interfaces for usability, consistency, and adherence to design standards.Test applications across different devices, browsers, and operating systems to ensure cross-platform compatibility.Participate in the continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies.Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in software quality assurance.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.Proven work experience as a Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist or similar role, with 2-4 years of experience in software testing.Familiarity with software testing methodologies, testing tools, and best practices.Strong knowledge of manual testing processes and procedures.Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks is a plus.Familiarity with bug tracking systems and test management tools.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with an eye for detail.Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.A proactive and self-motivated approach to testing and quality assurance.ISTQB or other relevant certifications are advantageous.
