Key Responsibilities:

Payroll Support

  • Collect and verify monthly inputs such as attendance, leave, new joiners, and exits.
  • Coordinate with payroll vendor/finance for processing salaries.
  • Validate salary sheets, generate payslips, and handle employee payroll queries.
  • Maintain payroll records and ensure timely statutory submissions (PF, ESIC, PT, TDS).

HR Operations

  • Update and maintain employee database.
  • Prepare HR letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, etc.) as per company format.
  • Support onboarding and exit formalities, including documentation and F&F settlements.

Skills:

  • Knowledge of end-to-end HR operations and payroll process.
  • Basic understanding of statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, etc.).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and HR software.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data responsibly.
  • Team player with a process-oriented mindset.
