We're seeking an experienced Senior Manager, People Services - India and APJ, to oversee the operational excellence and customer experience of all People and Culture programs across the region. Reporting to the Global Director, People Services, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading a team to execute global and locally relevant HR processes, from onboarding to exits, while ensuring compliance and efficiency
  • Establishing and delivering the vision, strategy, and roadmap for People Services in India and APJ to enable frustration-free candidate and employee experiences
  • Supporting and scaling an agile team culture with global standards, while tailoring operations for local needs
  • Partnering with cross-functional leadership (including HR Systems, IT, and Finance) to enable continuous improvement, new system launches, and automation efforts
  • Providing service health analytics and actionable insights to guide high-quality business decisions and operational enhancements

What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

  • 10+ years of experience in HR operations with 8+ years managing teams
  • Hands-on experience with HR tools such as Workday and ServiceNow (including ServiceNow HR Service Delivery)
  • Proven track record of managing cross-functional partnerships and influencing stakeholders up to the C-suite
  • Expertise in HR service delivery models, system automation, and enabling scalable operations across global regions
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and thrive in a fast-paced environment
