Job Title:Financial Services Operations ManagerWe are seeking an experienced Financial Services Operations Manager to join our team in Bangalore / Chennai. This role will play a key part in shaping the Treasury of the Future by enhancing operational resilience, optimizing costs, and building strong institutional capabilities across people, processes, and technology.Key Responsibilities:- Drive cost management excellence by implementing strategies to optimize spending and streamline operations.- Partner with senior stakeholders to lead strategic workforce planning, building a lean, resilient Treasury team.- Implement people's upskilling strategies and support organizational design around skills and agility.- Lead process automation initiatives (e.g., Python, data tools) to eliminate manual effort and reduce risk.- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory frameworks while preparing for audits and reviews.- Foster a Treasury culture that emphasizes data, diversity, inclusion, and employee wellbeing.Required Skills and Qualifications:- 8–12 years' experience in Financial Services (Treasury, COO functions, HR strategy, or process re-engineering).- Strong background in Treasury, COO, or Financial Services operations, with a focus on people, processes, and cost management.- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with proven leadership experience.- Strong knowledge of Treasury / ALM / Balance Sheet management preferred.- Track record of driving process improvement, risk reduction, and efficiency gains in complex environments.- Passion for fostering a culture of diversity, inclusion, learning, and wellbeing.Benefits:Please contact us to discuss this opportunity further.Note: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
