Job Title - ServiceNow Financial Services Operations (FSO) Specialist Job Type - Onsite (Riyadh) KSA (Long-term project) Experience - 5+ years of ServiceNow Technical Experience Job Description : We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow FSO Consultant to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Financial Services Operations solutions on the ServiceNow platform. This role is ideal for professionals with deep domain expertise in financial services and hands-on experience with ServiceNow’s FSO suite, including Case Management, Customer Service Operations, and Financial Product Servicing. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow FSO modules, including requirements gathering, solution architecture, configuration, and deployment. Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate financial services processes into scalable ServiceNow workflows. Design and implement solutions for: Financial product servicing (e.g., loans, deposits, investments) Customer onboarding and KYC Disputes and claims management Regulatory compliance and audit workflows Integrate FSO with other ServiceNow modules like CSM, ITSM, and Risk & Compliance. Customize UI policies, business rules, client/server scripts, and flow designer workflows. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior consultants and developers. Conduct client workshops, demos, and training sessions. Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and governance standards. Required Qualifications: 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow platform, including 2+ years in Financial Services Operations (FSO) or Customer Service Management (CSM). Strong understanding of financial services domain: banking, insurance, wealth management, or fintech. Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript), Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub. Experience with ServiceNow FSO data models, case types, and financial product configurations. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills. ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – CSM or FSO (preferred). Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Certifications: Experience with ServiceNow App Engine Studio and custom app development. Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (e.g., GDPR, SOX, PCI-DSS) in financial services. Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices.
