Job OverviewThis role requires a financially astute and strategic individual who can oversee all aspects of our company's financial management. As a Senior Finance Executive, you will be responsible for setting up the finance division, managing consultants, and ensuring the smooth operation of our business.Financial ManagementMaintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.Prepare and monitor budgets for individual events and overall company operations.Process invoices, expense reports, and payments promptly and accurately.Track event-specific revenues and expenses, ensuring profitability analysis is conducted.Reporting and ComplianceCo-ordinate with compliance team to ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual compliances [returns, deductions, payments] with GST, Income Tax, and other laws.Handle year-end audits and liaise with external auditors as required.Prepare accurate financial statements annually, monthly or quarterly.Stakeholder CoordinationCollaborate with internal teams, including event managers and marketing, to provide financial insights and forecasts.Work closely with external vendors, clients, and contractors to manage payments, contracts, and billing.Serve as the primary point of contact for banks, tax authorities, and other financial institutions.Co-ordinate with CFO's office to implement initiatives and policies.Strategic Planning and AnalysisConduct financial forecasting and cash flow management to ensure the company's financial health in collaboration with the CFO.Identify cost-saving opportunities and areas for financial improvement.
