Employee Experience & Lifecycle Management Oversee the full employee lifecycle—from onboarding and engagement to career progression and retention—ensuring a supportive, compliant, and enriching experience at every stage. Talent Development & Retention Initiatives Design and implement growth programs, learning opportunities, and engagement activities that reinforce organizational culture and help retain high-performing talent. HR Operations & Stakeholder Management Manage day-to-day HR operations, serve as the primary contact for people-related issues, and coordinate with external partners to maintain seamless HR processes.
