You will work closely with the HR team to ensure that our technology solutions align with our business goals and support our employees' needs. You will also be responsible for identifying and implementing new technology solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the People Function.Key Responsibilities:Manage and maintain all HR technology systems, including but not limited to HRIS, ATS, LMS, and performance management toolsCollaborate with the HR team to identify and understand their technology needs and provide solutions to support their goalsLead the implementation of new HR technology systems and processes, ensuring smooth integration and user adoptionDevelop and maintain HR technology policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with data privacy and security regulationsConduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changesProvide training and support to HR team members on the use of HR technology systemsStay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR technology and make recommendations for improvementCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of HR technology with other business systemsManage relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure timely and quality delivery of servicesAnalyze HR data and provide insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvementLead change management initiatives related to HR technology implementations and upgradesAdditional Parameters:Minimum 5 years of experience in HR technology managementBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related fieldStrong understanding of HR processes and systemsExcellent communication and leadership skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentExperience in project management and change managementKnowledge of HR analytics and data managementFamiliarity with HR software and toolsAbility to travel as neededIf you are a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for HR technology, we would love to hear from you.
