We are looking for a passionate and proactive Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. This role involves close coordination with hiring managers, clients, and candidates to deliver high-quality recruitment outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for internal and client positions across domains
  • Work closely with multiple clients to understand hiring requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
  • Source candidates using multiple channels job portals, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and databases.
  • Screen candidates for technical expertise, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule client interviews, manage feedback, and maintain transparent communication.
  • Build and maintain an active pipeline of skilled professionals across various technical disciplines.
  • Negotiate compensation and employment terms in coordination with clients and internal teams.
  • Track recruitment metrics and contribute to continuous process improvement.
  • Represent Oges Solutions professionally in all client and candidate interactions.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of technical and IT roles such as engineers, designers, project managers, developers, and analysts.
  • Excellent sourcing, screening, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, and ATS systems.
