Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Student Visa Legal Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide accurate immigration and visa-related legal guidance to students seeking to study abroad. This role requires in-depth understanding of international education systems, visa laws, and compliance regulations of countries such as Australia, Canada, the UK, and Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise students and clients on student visa laws, documentation, and compliance requirements.
  • Review and assess student visa applications, ensuring accuracy and legal compliance.
  • Stay updated with changes in immigration laws, education policies, and embassy guidelines.
  • Provide legal guidance on GTE (Genuine Temporary Entrant) and SOP (Statement of Purpose) preparation.
  • Support counsellors and admission teams with case evaluations and documentation checks.
  • Communicate with embassies, immigration authorities, and partner institutions as required.
  • Handle appeals or refusals, providing legal reasoning and preparing supporting documents.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all ethical and professional standards.

Job Type: Full-time
