About the Role

As a Beauty Advisor, you will be the face of the brand—guiding customers through their skincare and beauty journey. You'll combine expert product knowledge with personalized recommendations to deliver an exceptional in-store experience and help achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and engage customers warmly, understanding their skincare or beauty needs.
  • Provide expert advice on products, ingredients, usage, and benefits.
  • Conduct mini consultations or demos to help customers make informed purchase decisions.
  • Ensure excellent visual merchandising and product display at all times.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of brand philosophy, formulations, and ongoing promotions.
  • Handle customer queries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
  • Track inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and beauty trends.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Beauty Advisor / Sales Associate in the beauty, skincare, or wellness industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for skincare, beauty, and customer service.
  • Well-groomed, confident, and enthusiastic personality.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and meet sales targets.
  • Basic knowledge of POS systems and retail operations is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification or diploma in cosmetology, skincare, or related field (optional but preferred).
  • Experience with Ayurvedic, natural, or clean beauty brands is a plus.
