Job Description: Beauty Advisor

Position Overview:
We are seeking passionate and knowledgeable Beauty Advisors to join Nature 4 Nature. As a Beauty Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting our products, and assisting customers in making informed purchase decisions. You will play a crucial role in representing our brand and ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude, creating a positive and inviting shopping experience.

2. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products based on their individual requirements.

3. Provide detailed product information, including ingredients, benefits, and usage instructions.

5. Conduct product demonstrations and offer samples to encourage customer engagement and product trial.

6. Assist customers in selecting the right products for their hair and skin types, considering specific concerns or preferences.

7. Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally, striving to exceed their expectations.

8. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring that products are properly stocked and displayed.

9. Stay updated on industry trends, new product launches, and competitor offerings to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.

10. Meet or exceed sales targets by actively promoting and upselling products to maximize revenue.

**Requirements**:
1. Previous experience as a Beauty Advisor, Sales Associate, or similar role in the beauty industry is preferred.

2. Strong knowledge of natural hair and skin care products, ingredients, and their benefits.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and connect with customers.

4. Passionate about beauty and skincare, with a genuine interest in helping customers achieve their beauty goals.

5. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced retail environment.

6. Basic computer skills to process transactions and maintain sales records.

7. Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, and during peak retail hours as per the company's scheduling requirements.

8. Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

- Day shift

- Mumbai Suburban, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 3 years (preferred)
- Beauty Industry: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:
