As a Beauty Advisor at BiE, you will play a key role in providing exceptional

customer service at exhibitions and promoting our clean skincare products. You

will be responsible for manning the exhibition and assisting customers in making

informed decisions by leveraging your in-depth product knowledge and general

skincare expertise. This is a unique opportunity to share your passion for skincare,

educate customers on the benefits of clean beauty, and contribute to their journey

towards healthier skin.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Engage and connect with customers at exhibitions, providing personalized

assistance and guidance in selecting the right skincare products based on

their individual needs, skin type, and skin concerns.
- Conduct training sessions for beauty advisors and workshops to enhance

their product knowledge and customer service skills.
- Will have to travel wherever needed as per business requirements. Food,

conveyance and stay will be provided.
- Utilize your comprehensive knowledge of BiE’s product range to educate

customers on each product’s benefits, ingredients, and usage, always

emphasizing the value of clean beauty.
- Conduct basic skin analysis to assess customers’ skin concerns and

recommend suitable BiE products and routines for their specific needs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new product launches, and

advancements in skincare to enhance your ability to provide engaging and

providing skincare tips to customers.
- Build strong relationships with customers, establishing trust and loyalty

through exceptionally polite service and product and skincare routine

recommendations.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve a sales target and

contribute to the overall success of BiE.
- Maintain sales and inventory data and track basic customer metrics like

QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience as a Beauty Advisor, Skincare Consultant, or similar role,

preferably in a retail or exhibition environment.
- In-depth knowledge of skincare products, ingredients, and general skincare

trends and practices.
- Passion for clean beauty and a strong belief in the power of natural

ingredients.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage

and connect with customers effortlessly and effectively.
- Exceptional customer service skills, focusing on providing personalised

recommendations and building lasting relationships.
- Strong sales aptitude and the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Self-motivated and driven to continuously expand knowledge and stay

updated on industry standards.
- Professional appearance and grooming, reflecting a passion for skincare and

clean beauty.
