We're currently hiring experienced and passionate Hairdressers and Beauticians to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

Hairdresser:

  • Provide a full range of hair services including cutting, styling, coloring, and treatments
  • Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable styles or treatments
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon and workstations
  • Keep up to date with current hair trends, techniques, and products
  • Promote salon services and retail products to clients
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business

Beautician / Beauty Therapist:

  • Provide beauty treatments such as facials, waxing, manicures, pedicures, and massages
  • Apply makeup and advise clients on skincare and beauty routines
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic work area
  • Recommend products and treatments to meet clients' needs
  • Build and maintain good relationships with regular clients
  • Stay informed about new beauty techniques and industry trends

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Hairdresser, Hairstylist, Beautician / Beauty Therapist or similar role
  • Proven experience working in a salon or spa environment
  • NVQ/SVQ Level 2 or 3 in Hairdressing (or equivalent)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Creative, reliable, and passionate about the beauty industry
