Location: Shopper Stop – Mumbai & Delhi

Experience: Minimum 1 Year in Retail Sales (Beauty/Cosmetics Preferred)

About the Opportunity:

We're looking for polished, dynamic Beauty Advisors to represent world-renowned brands such as:

The Body Shop | Sephora | Forest Essentials | Tira Beauty | Nykaa Luxe | Dior | Charlotte Tilbury | Tarz and many more.


Key Responsibilities:

* Provide a world-class, consultative beauty experience to customers

* Recommend suitable skincare, makeup, fragrance, or wellness products

* Confidently demonstrate product usage, ingredients, and benefits

* Maintain excellent visual merchandising and product displays

* Achieve monthly sales targets and drive store performance

* Follow brand-specific grooming and service standards

* Build strong relationships via clienteling and regular follow-ups


Who We're Looking For:

Minimum 1 year experience in **retail sales** (beauty/cosmetics/wellness preferred)

Previous experience with brands like **Sephora, The Body Shop, Forest Essentials, Dior, Charlotte Tilbury, Kiehl's, Lancome, Givenchy, Nykaa, etc. is a strong plus

Excellent communication in **English** (Hindi is a plus)

Well-groomed, confident, and customer-focused personality

Passionate about beauty, skincare, and luxury retail

Willing to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays
