Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented POI Manager to join our team
What You'll Be Doing:
- Deliver training products, participate in training product development sessions, and instruct training classes.
- Maintain all applicable POI, Lesson Plans, Practical Exercises, and Evaluations.
- Deliver the instruction in accordance with the training Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation (ADDIE) process concepts.
- Complete a Department of the Army Civilian (DAC) modeling survey to build OSINT civilian force structure - Develop DAC curriculum.
- Utilize synthetic training environments to replicate real-world adversary threat in training/exercises.
- Establish Army OSINT Continuing Education Program.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
- Bachelors and 10+ years of related experience, Masters and 8+ years of experience, or PhD or JD and 5+ years of experience.
- Ability to provide input in planning, developing, and implementing the program baseline; identify and analyze minor variances; and define corrective actions in coordination with Program Oversight.
- Skilled in the use of standard, well-defined processes, procedures, techniques, or tools that may require program-specific modifications.
- Possesses maturing leadership and management skills.
- Active TS/SCI Clearance
Security Clearance Requirement:
An active Top Secret SCI security clearance is required for this position.
