Position: SEO Executive

Experience: Minimum 2 Years

Location: Aurangabad (On-site)

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

On-Page SEO

Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.

Optimize website content, metadata, URLs, and images.

Implement internal linking and content optimization strategies.

Ensure SEO-friendly HTML tags, headings, and schema markup.

Off-Page SEO

Execute link-building strategies for quality backlinks.

Manage directory submissions, guest posting, blog outreach, and social bookmarking.

Monitor and maintain backlink quality.

Technical SEO (Basic to Intermediate)

Perform periodic SEO audits for crawl issues, broken links, sitemaps, page speed, etc.

Coordinate with developers for fixing technical SEO issues.

Ensure mobile-friendly & user-friendly website performance.

Reporting & Analysis

Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, and user behavior.

Prepare weekly/monthly SEO performance reports.

Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.

Content Coordination

Work with writers to create SEO-friendly blogs and landing pages.

Provide SEO recommendations for new content.

Required Skills:

Minimum 2 years of hands-on SEO experience.

Strong understanding of on-page and off-page SEO.

Familiarity with tools: Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog.

Good knowledge of keyword research & competitor analysis.

Basic understanding of HTML/CSS (preferred).

Strong communication, analytical, and reporting skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with WordPress, Shopify, or other CMS platforms.

Knowledge of Local SEO (Google My Business).

Certifications in SEO or Google Analytics (optional but beneficial).
