Role: Amazon Ads Specialist (Full-Time / Work-from-Home) We are looking for a data-drivenAmazon Ads Specialistto manage, optimize, and scale advertising campaigns for our clients across Amazon. The ideal candidate is analytical, ROI-focused, and understands marketplace dynamics and performance marketing. Key Responsibilities - Plan, launch, and optimizeAmazon PPC campaigns(Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display) - Conductkeyword research, competitor benchmarking, and bid optimization - Monitor daily performance metrics ACOS, ROAS, TACOS, CTR, CVR, CPC, Spend - Analyze search term reports and implementnegative keywordsto reduce wasted spend - Create and maintain campaign structures (auto/manual, broad/phrase/exact targeting) - Share recommendations forlisting optimization(titles, bullets, A+, images) to improve conversions - Coordinate with internal teams to avoidstock-outsand ensure ads run efficiently - Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with insights and action steps - Stay updated onAmazon Ads updates, beta features, and best practices Qualifications - 13 years of experience inAmazon PPC / Marketplace Advertising - Hands-on experience withSeller CentralandAmazon Ads Console - Strong analytical skills and comfort with Excel/Sheets (pivots/lookups preferred) - Familiarity with tools like Helium10, Jungle Scout, DataHawk, or similar (bonus) - Ability to manage multiple brands, SKUs, and campaign structures - Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently - Experience with DSP or retargeting funnels is a plus Preferred - Experience scalingD2C or marketplace brands - Amazon Sponsored Ads Certification - Understanding of A+ content and listing SEO - Strong reporting and communication skills
