Key Responsibilities:

1. Expense Booking & Payment Processing

  • Record and manage all types of expense bookings and payment entries in the ERP system.
  • Ensure timely and accurate posting of custom duty documents.
  • Handle end-to-end processing of vendor invoices in compliance with company policies.

2. Vendor Reconciliation & Management

  • Regularly update and review vendor ageing reports and conduct detailed scrutiny.
  • Perform monthly vendor account reconciliations and clear discrepancies proactively.
  • Prepare monthly provision entries related to accounts payable.

3. Employee TADA (Travel & Daily Allowance) Management

  • Review and approve employee TADA claims submitted through the portal.
  • Ensure proper booking and timely payment of approved claims in the accounting system.
  • Conduct training sessions for new employees on TADA portal usage.
  • Resolve employee queries related to TADA claims and support automation of the TADA process.

4. Full & Final Settlement (FNF) Processing

  • Verify and process FNF settlement claims of employees.
  • Coordinate with HR and payroll teams to ensure timely and accurate settlement payments.

Desired Skills & Competencies:

  • Sound knowledge of accounting principles and AP processes
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP)
  • Strong reconciliation and analytical skills
  • Attention to detail with an ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Process improvement mindset with experience in automation preferred

Qualification:

  • Bachelors or Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
  • Additional certifications in finance or ERP systems will be a plus
