
Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our stock market and financial services team. The candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, generating business through equity, derivatives, commodities, and mutual funds, and building long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, acquire, and manage new clients for stock market investment and trading products.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, references, and digital channels.
- Explain investment products such as equity, derivatives, commodities, mutual funds, IPOs, and portfolio management services to potential clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets in terms of client acquisition and revenue generation.
- Maintain strong client relationships by providing regular updates, insights, and support.
- Coordinate with the research and advisory team to provide clients with timely market recommendations.
- Stay updated on stock market trends, investment products, and competitor activities.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements of SEBI and the stock exchange.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in sales/business development, preferably in stockbroking or financial services.
- Strong understanding of stock markets, equity, derivatives, and investment products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
- NISM Certification (Series VII or Series VIII) preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹9, ₹28,844.92 per month
