We Are Hiring: Sales Manager – PEB Industry (Indore, MP)

Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh

Position: Sales Manager – Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB)

Experience: 5 to 8 Years in PEB Sales

Joining: Immediate / As per notice period

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager for our operations in Indore (M.P.) with a strong background in the Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) sector. The ideal candidate should have 5–8 years of relevant experience in sales and business development within the PEB industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage client relationships in the region
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads
  • Prepare and present technical/commercial proposals
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets
  • Coordinate with engineering, design, and execution teams
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market movements
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and handle after-sales support if required

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in PEB sales
  • Must have strong understanding of PEB products, structures, and solutions
  • Proven track record in project-based or industrial sales
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Engineering background (Civil/Mechanical preferred)
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and a team player
  • Familiar with the Indore and MP industrial market is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹60, ₹90,000.00 per month
