We aim to expand our database to include over 20,000 colleges, 5,000 courses, 500 exams, and more than 200,000 reviews in the near future.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for an Outreach Assistant. The Outreach Assistant will support community outreach initiatives, build and maintain relationships with educational institutions, and provide excellent customer service to students and parents. The role involves conducting research to gather relevant data, developing outreach strategies, and supporting communication efforts to promote the organization's programs and offerings. Daily tasks also include assisting the team with correspondence, addressing inquiries, and contributing to the growth of the platform's network.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills for effective interactions with diverse groups of people
  • Experience in Customer Service and supporting inquiries professionally
  • Knowledge or experience in Community Outreach and establishing strategic relationships
  • Ability to conduct thorough Research to support content creation and decision-making
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Passion for education and helping students make informed career choices
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Education, Sociology, or a related field is preferred
