*Key Responsibilities:*

• Strong technical skills with emphasis in problem solving and root cause failure analysis.
• Good communication and presentation skills
• MIS delivery for e-BoP asset management
• Able to multitask and prioritize daily work under a ever-growing environment
• Establishes a strong collaborative relationship with the Technical Strategist, Process teams, and department Asset Leaders to ensure the development and execution of continuous improvement plans to address chronic longer-term issues and advance the capability of the assets.
• Comprehensive approach to deal the operational risks at site and achieve the functional KPIs
• Cross collaboration among respective functions within ReNew like Site O&M team, EPC, Regulatory team of ReNew and with external stake holders like CEA/POSOCO/RLDC etc. to achieve intended outcomes of e-BoP Asset Management.
• To monitor & govern various digital drives across eBoP function
• Managing Asset health & IMS processes of eBoP function & audit complinaces
