Experience an exponential growth in your career by becoming part of the Energy team, which is doing an excellent work in diversified, first of its kind projects.BESS Expert- Engineer / Sr. EngineerLocation : GurgaonRole:As a BESS Expert – Engineer / Sr. Engineer , you will be working in Renewable Energy Group under the project manager for the initial few period prior to work independently as the project manager.Requirements:Designing and detailed engineering of Electrical and control systems aspect of ESS solutions.Sizing and Battery capacity finalization as per the requirement of various global tenders.Design and integrate BESS systems for utility scale (stand-alone), micro-grids and solar hybrid BESS systems including large building, containerized, and modular systems (both DC and AC coupled).SPOC for BESS related technical discussion with various Global developers and VendorsPreparation of technical specificationsDesigning of Electrical panels, Cable sizing, Busbar sizing, Switchgear selection etc.Integration of Battery packs, hardware, and its software partMust have basic knowledge of solar and wind power plant designing conceptsBasic understanding of energy yield concepts of solar and wind plants using simulation software such as PV SYST/ Windpro etcProficient in Microsoft word, excel, power point presentation,Experience with data analytic software such as Power BI, Tableu etc although not essential but preferableCreating documents, writing reports according to specificationsStrong analytical and mathematical skills.Time management and professionalism.A growth mindset and willingness to accept criticismYou will work on various projects requiring technical skills in the following areas:Solar / Wind/ Hybrid/ Storage ProjectsBasic Engineering/ Detailed Engineering/ Owner's Engineering / Lender's EngineeringExperience:0-5 years of experience in the renewable industry, preferably in consulting, in the above areasElectrical System Design, Integration and Prototyping.Technical Knowledge & Experience in Power Systems & Power electronics application in Power systems (Power electronics converter application & control to power systems.Experience in BESS & ESS Sizing, Control, Design, Validation and Testing.Experience in Power systems modelling/studies/component selection.Proven understanding of BESS systems, BESS technologies, modelling using simulation software.Good network with industry leading BESS manufacturers.Other Requirements & Expectations:Good communication skills in EnglishStrong interpersonal skillsSelf-disciplined and demonstrated capability to work in multiple projects as a team member/Project ManagerGood organizing abilities and good in prioritizing tasks and co-ordinationRequired QualificationEssential - Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering, Preference for the Master's DegreeSpecial AttributesGood written & verbal communication skillsAbility to function in teams spread across different geographiesOur Offer:An interesting and varied job in an international environment.A stable work environment where professional growth and development are stimulated.A decent compensation package.A permanent employment to ensure the roles offered are in accordance with your skills, interests, and career goals.Tractebel welcomes candidates from all backgrounds and actively promotes Diversity in the workforce.Business Unit: TractebelDivision: Tractebel Div2Legal Entity: TRACTEBEL ENGINEERING PRIVATE LIMITED (IN)Professional Experience: Junior (experience < 3 years)Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
