Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact and follow up with potential clients to explore new business opportunities.
  • Show suitable residential properties to clients based on their needs and preferences.
  • Plan sales pitches and approach strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Make cold calls to promote residential projects (when needed).
  • Meet the sales targets set by the company.
  • Attend meetings with developers and partner channels as required.
  • Take part in negotiation meetings between buyers and sellers.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

  • Must be a graduate in any discipline.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, real estate, or a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent customer service orientation and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure with a results-driven attitude.
  • Highly organized with strong time-management skills.
