Join a team that values innovation and growth. What you'll be working on:Assist customers with purchasing new motor insurance policies and renewals. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests via phone, email, and chat.

Support direct sales initiatives by providing accurate product information. Coordinate with underwriting and policy issuance teams to expedite service delivery. Maintain customer interaction records in CRM systems.

What we're looking for:Bachelor's degree or equivalent. At least 3 years' experience in customer service, preferably in insurance. Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
