Role Description

  • Managing inbound calls.
  • Following various communication scripts when speaking to a customer.
  • Identifying customer needs, answering questions and providing solutions/alternatives to issues.
  • Need to follow up & complete the Document process. – Onboarding.
  • Building product knowledge and improving performance and achieve targets. Based on target
  • achievement can earn incentive benefits. (Up to 10K)
  • Maintaining and improving quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Customer Support, Customer Service, and maintaining Customer Satisfaction
  • Excellent Phone Etiquette and communication skills
  • Ability to create positive Customer Experience
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and dedication to customer care
  • Ability to work well in a team and handle a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications in customer service is advantageous
