About the Team & Business Line:

Fund Administration is Citco's core business, and our alternative asset and accounting service is one of the industry's most respected. Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions means our people are equipped to deliver a seamless client experience.

Your Role:

  • Overall leadership and coaching of all staff including Data Processors, Database Management and ECM Staff, as well as direct management of supervisors within each team.
  • Lead and mentor team members while providing guidance in accomplishing department goals
  • Create and maintain acceptable service levels for key areas of responsibility
  • Create an environment of co-operation and initiative through appropriate delegation, empowerment, training and motivation.
  • Anticipate and resolve work problems and exercise sound judgment to make appropriate.
  • Contribute to the roll out and success of the Global processing initiative, working closely with colleagues in multiple locations globally.
  • Assess areas of risk on each team and within the department and implement processes to address areas of concern.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance technologyand automate procedures to limit or eliminate manual processes.
  • Assist in the developing a global forum dedicated to sharing best practices and improving processing standards.

About You:

  • Degree in Business/Accounting/Finance/Economics or any related course
  • 5+ years' experience in Financial Services, preferably Investor Relations, Back office and/or Client Service related
  • 3+ years' experience managing people
  • Financial/trading/banking experience or knowledge of Hedge/Mutual Funds an advantage
  • knowledge of compliance and regulatory issues and anti-money laundering policies
  • Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.).
