Client Servicing Executive

You will be the key link between our clients and our creative team, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Manage the entire project lifecycle, from initial brief to final delivery. This includes creating project timelines, assigning tasks, and monitoring progress to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients. You'll be responsible for understanding their needs, communicating project updates clearly, and managing expectations to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Team Coordination: Work closely with our designers and other team members to ensure a smooth workflow. You'll translate client feedback into actionable tasks and ensure the creative team has everything they need to succeed.
  • Pitch Creation: Help prepare compelling marketing and branding pitches for new business opportunities. You'll be responsible for gathering relevant information and structuring presentations that effectively communicate our ideas and value proposition.
  • Tool Management: Utilize project management and design tools to maintain efficiency and organization. You'll be responsible for setting up and managing projects on our chosen platforms.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a project management or client servicing role, preferably within a creative or marketing agency.
  • Proficiency with Canva is a must. You should be able to create and edit presentations, social media graphics, and other marketing materials.
  • Experience with project management tools like Trello, Asana, or a similar platform.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential. You must be able to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with a creative team.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • A solid understanding of the design and branding process.
