Responsibility:

  • Maintain and update vehicle stock inventory (model, variant, color, chassis number, etc.).
  • Allocate vehicles to customers and sales executives based on bookings and availability.
  • Monitor and report vehicle in-transit status, expected delivery timelines, and allotment updates.
  • Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for all vehicle transactions.
  • Coordinate with the accounts team for vehicle billing and stock reconciliation.
  • Support the sales team with updates on vehicle availability and expected allotments.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on vehicle allotment, pending deliveries, and inventory status.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
