Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and pitch visualisation solutions.
- Generate leads, qualify prospects, and schedule follow-ups for the sales team.
- Explain product benefits, features, and pricing in a clear and engaging manner.
- Maintain customer databases and update CRM with accurate details of interactions.
- Achieve monthly targets for lead generation and conversions.
- Build rapport with clients to ensure long-term relationships.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of telesales or tele-calling experience .
- Strong communication and persuasion skills in English and Hindi.
- Ability to handle objections and close conversations confidently.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive in approach.
