Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and pitch visualisation solutions.
  • Generate leads, qualify prospects, and schedule follow-ups for the sales team.
  • Explain product benefits, features, and pricing in a clear and engaging manner.
  • Maintain customer databases and update CRM with accurate details of interactions.
  • Achieve monthly targets for lead generation and conversions.
  • Build rapport with clients to ensure long-term relationships.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of telesales or tele-calling experience .
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills in English and Hindi.
  • Ability to handle objections and close conversations confidently.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive in approach.
