Job Title: Tele Sales Executive / Tele callerWe are hiring experienced Tele Sales Executives with 1- 3+ years of sales experience. The role involves handling inbound/outbound calls, converting leads stuck at payment gateway, following up on abandoned carts, and selling devices, plans, and units (mobiles, laptops, etc.). Candidates must have fluent English communication, strong negotiation skills, and proven ability to close sales. Salary is negotiable + attractive incentives.
Key Responsibilities
Handle outbound and inbound calls to connect with potential customers.Convert leads stuck at payment gateway and follow up on abandoned carts to close sales.Sell device plans and products (mobiles, laptops, and related accessories).Maintain a high conversion rate by understanding customer needs and offering suitable solutions.Build rapport with customers to ensure trust and repeat business.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales in CRM.Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.Collaborate with the sales and operations team to streamline processes.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of proven tele sales experience (preferably in device/plan sales, telecom, or e-commerce).Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory.Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.Ability to handle objections confidently and convert hesitant customers.Familiarity with CRM tools, payment gateways, and cart recovery processes preferred.Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
