Accounts Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for diligent and detail-oriented Junior Accountants to join our Accounts team at our Kolkata Showroom. The ideal candidates should have a basic understanding of accounting principles, hands-on experience with Tally ERP, and familiarity with purchase billing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare sales invoices, delivery challans accurately.
- Assist in resolving billing-related queries from clients or internal teams.
- Ensure all documents are filed and maintained as per company policies.
- Prepare and enter purchase bills into Tally ERP with accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain up-to-date records in Tally for all billing-related transactions.
- Store's Liquid Cash responsibility.
- Support audit and compliance checks related to purchase billing.
Requirements:
- Education: B.Com or equivalent degree in Commerce/Accounting.
- Software Skills: Basic working knowledge of Tally ERP (mandatory).
- Familiarity with GST, purchase bills, and accounting documentation preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in billing or accounts-related work.
- Gender: Male candidates only.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
