Job Title: Processing Operator.

Location: Toopran, Telangana.

No. of position : 03 Nos.

About the Role.

Rasi Seeds Private Limited is looking for a skilled Processing Operator to join our dynamic team at the Toopran facility. The role involves operating and maintaining seed processing machinery, ensuring smooth plant operations, and adhering to quality standards in seed processing.

Key Responsibilities.

· Perform plant operations and maintenance to ensure uninterrupted processing.

· Operate and monitor processing lines (CIMBRIA 20TPH, 10TPH & 5TPH) effectively.

· Inspect incoming seed lots and plan the seed processing schedule.

· Prepare, calibrate, and set up seed processing machinery as per production requirements.

· Review production orders received from the manager regarding seed types, quantity, and turnaround time.

· Match batch size and weight of seed lots with supplier details for accuracy.

· Conduct quality checks on raw seeds before processing to ensure adherence to company standards.

· Report any discrepancies or quality issues to the Seed Processing Plant Manager.

· Group and arrange seed lots based on homogeneity to prevent cross-contamination or mixing.

Qualification:-

· Diploma/Engineering qualification in a relevant field.

· Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in seed processing or plant operations.

· Strong technical knowledge of plant machinery and operations.

· Good problem-solving and reporting skills.

· Attention to detail with a focus on maintaining quality standards.
